We are therefore looking for a motivated intern or thesis student who would like to help us improve the way we organize Microsoft 365 and SharePoint and prepare our digital environment for the use of AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.
What is the project about?
Every day, our organization creates, shares and manages a large amount of documents, files and information. Over the years, our digital environment has grown, making some information difficult to find or causing it to be stored in multiple locations.
You will help us address these challenges! You will explore how we can organize our information more effectively, create a clearer digital workplace and make it easier for employees to find the information they need.
What will you do?
During your internship or thesis, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a practical digital transformation project.
Analyze the current situation. You will assess how our SharePoint environment is structured and how employees use it.
Improve the structure. You will help develop a logical and consistent structure for documents, folders and SharePoint sites.
Help clean up our digital environment. You will identify duplicate or outdated documents and assess which information is still relevant.
Contribute to information security. You will explore how to ensure that employees have access to the right information.
Improve information accessibility. You will develop proposals to help employees find documents more quickly and collaborate more efficiently.
Explore the potential of AI. You will investigate how a well-organized digital environment can help Microsoft 365 Copilot deliver better and more relevant answers.
Develop practical improvements. You will translate your findings into actionable recommendations and, depending on the scope of the project, help implement them.
You will have the freedom to share your ideas, explore different solutions and help shape the future of our digital workplace.
Who are we looking for?
You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in IT, information management, business administration, digital transformation or a related field.
You are looking for an interesting internship or a topic for your bachelor's or master's thesis.
You are interested in technology, digital tools and how businesses can work more efficiently.
You enjoy working in a structured and analytical way and like investigating how things can be improved.
You take initiative, think critically and are confident in proposing improvements.
You can work independently while also enjoying collaborating with others to find solutions.
Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 or AI is an advantage, but not a requirement. Above all, we value curiosity, a willingness to learn and enthusiasm for contributing to a real business project.
