Stephex Holding is looking for a motivated intern or thesis student to contribute to the optimization of our Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environment.

As our organization continues to grow, we aim to make our digital workplace more efficient, structured, and secure. We also want to prepare our environment for the broader use of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze the existing SharePoint environment and identify areas for improvement.

• Optimize SharePoint sites, document libraries, and folder structures.

• Identify duplicate and outdated documents and unused sites.

• Develop consistent naming conventions and information management guidelines.

• Help improve the structure and access permissions.

• Develop a governance framework for sustainable information management.

• Recommend improvements to information accessibility and Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness.

• You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• You are interested in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and digital transformation.

• You are analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

• You take initiative and can work independently.

• Knowledge of SharePoint or Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
